Today, Commissioner Milan Marinovic and Deputy Commissioner Sanja Unkovic together with their associates received representatives of civil society, the SHARE Foundation, Partners Serbia, NGO Atina, NGO Let it Be Known, A11 Initiative, on the occasion of drafting a new Strategy for Personal Data Protection for the period from 2022 to 2029.

The Commissioner acquainted the attendees with the work done so far on a fundamental basis and the Working group’s undertaken activities on the development of the Strategy, in which the Commissioner and the Deputy actively participate as members.

The representatives of the civil society acquainted the Commissioner with their practice and the problems they face in the field of personal data protection, with a request that this is to be taken into account when drafting the Strategy.
