and Personal Data Protection in December 2025;
I. Case Statistics
In December 2025, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 2150 cases, including:
- 1693 cases in connection with access to information,
- 232 cases in connection with personal data protection,
- 70 cases relating to misdemeanor proceedings,
- 155 cases relating to both areas of work and actions of the Commissioner’s Office.
A total of 2625 cases were resolved during this month (1768 - access to information, 596 – data protection, 74 - misdemeanor proceedings, 187 – harmonisation and cooperation in both areas of Commissioner's actions).
