The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection received on May 14, 2021, a written decision by SA Coca-Cola Services N.V. (the company is a member of The Coca-Cola Company and is the controller of data processed in the Republic of Serbia through the Coca-Cola App for smart devices, which offers its users from the Republic of Serbia various entertainment content) based in Brussels, in which the company appoints its representative for the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.

The representative of this company for the Republic of Serbia is Ivana Ružičić, a lawyer from the law firm PR Legal, based in Belgrade, Studentski trg 10/4.

In accordance with the law, the Commissioner or another person may address this representative, besides/instead of SA Coca-Cola Services N.V. company, regarding all issues related to the processing of personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this law.

Once again, the Commissioner appeals to other foreign companies that also have the obligation to appoint their representative in the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, to fulfill the same obligation and thus show awareness of the obligation to respect the rule of law and privacy of their users.
