How many penalties have been imposed by the Commissioner since he was appointed?

Does the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance ("Official Gazette of the RS" No.120/04) pertain also to the government bodies of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro?

Has any person authorised by a government body submitted Annual Report (for year 2004) on activities of that body taken so as to observe the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance, in compliance with the Art. 43 of the Law, and, if so, which government body is in question?

Is person enquiring information of public importance obliged to pay any fee for certain expenses? (July 2005)3
