The abuses of these rights were also demonstrated through illustrative examples from practice. When it comes to the implementation of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance, the students were familiarized with the values that are protected by this law and the most common mistakes in asking questions and formulating requests for free access to information, as well as characteristic missteps in the proceedings of first-instance authorities.
