Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection has launched and is carrying out inquiry proceedings about the implementation of the Law on Personal Data Protection in enterprises of Serbian Railways.
The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection estimates that it is required to organize and conduct a continuous compliance analysis, on a relevant, state level, of measures and actions taken by security services, the police and the prosecutor's office, with the constitutional and legal guarantees of the right to personal data protection.
The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection estimates as worthy of support public authorities' activities aimed at creating conditions for easier, faster and better exercise of rights and compliance with obligations, through electronic communication with citizens , and in the same context, as logical and reasonable public authorities' campaigns (e.g. replacement health cards) inviting as many citizens as possible to use the opportunity to do so electronically.
Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Rodoljub Sabic, and Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government (MPALSG), Ana Brnabic, met today and discussed several topics in the field of freedom of access to information of public importance and personal data protection.
